Meet Mandy

As a person-centred counsellor, I am committed to working with you at your own pace with kindness and respect. I take direction from you, which means you bring the material you wish to explore, and we do, step by step, with no judgment. You will be met with acceptance, respect, compassion, congruence, and empathy from me, regardless of what you bring to the sessions. There is no doubt that counselling can be hard work, but I also acknowledge the potential for it to be empowering.

I have trained in health and well-being coaching and life coaching at the British Psychology Institute of London. My Counselling training has seen me complete my level 2, Level 3, levels 4 and 5 Foundation Degree in Person-Centred Counselling. Even though I am a qualified counsellor, I take my career and profession seriously and with dedication. I have now achieved my BSc Honours degree in Person-Centred Counselling (Level 6) with the University of East Anglia. I adhere to the ethical framework established by the NCPS to ensure safe and ethical practice.
